Shipping & Return Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date the item was delivered to you for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require the item to be unworn, unused, and in the same condition it was sent with all tags attached. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the item to be returned to us and 7-10 days for the credit to be applied to your account.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned. Only regular priced items may be returned.
Jewelry items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
Swimwear is FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
Shoes must be in it's original box with all tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange. They should also be encased in another box for shipping to prevent the shoes from damaging.

We may send you a return label and subtract the shipping costs from your eligible store credit. Or you may proceed to ship the item back at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING:
Standard shipping rates within the continental United States is $5. Shipping amounts vary depending on the weight. We offer FREE shipping on all orders that are $100 or more.
Casa Creek Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS shipping
- Merchandise that is lost or damaged in the mail
- If there is a problem with your tracking number, please contact the delivery service.
If the order states it has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact us at shipping@shopcasacreek.com as well as the delivery service used.
WRONG ADDRESS:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address to Casa Creek Boutique. It is not our responsibility if the merchandise has been returned to us because of an address issue. If you need to change or update your address, please contact us immediately at info@shopcasacreek.com.
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
